● Expressway Command Center
The system integrate with existing hardware and software infrastructure. Capture and analyze real-time content from multiple inputs in multiple formats and make time-critical decisions with perfect confidence.
Staff can utilize the Command Center to monitor live events while simultaneously reviewing footage of an incident, with added capabilities of zooming in, and immediately notifying field officers or the local police agency.
● ETC (Electronic Toll Collection)

The system combines the technologies of automated vehicle identification, vehicle classification, transactions and violation enforcement.
The system is well compatible with traditional

● Electronic Police
E-Police can effectively help traffic police to gather data about traffic violations. By deploying E-polices on roads, traffic accidents are greatly reduced. The E-police transfers signals to CPU through sensor, then keeps signals in register temporarily. Via networking, pictures can be downloaded by traffic command center.
It adopts high-definition camera, generating at least 3 high-definition images for each violation. The traffic light, plate number, stopping line,time, lane are recorded.
One specific image is generated with all these info, which can protect falsification and therefore eligible to work as proof for the law enforcement.
● Automatic Speed Detection
By utilizing technologies including vehicle detection, image processing and telecommunication, the system is capable of measuring the speed and taking image for all over-speed illegal activities, which can provide objective and accurate proof for the law enforcement, reduce
traffic irregularities, traffic jam and traffic out of order.
When a speeder is detected, the event recording function is triggered by the detector.
When this happens, the VPort will begin transmitting video images to the FTP server. In order to speed up data transmission, the trigger is sent using UDP (User Datagram Protocol), with event number and time stamp marked for convenient tracking. The workstation in the police station is used by officers to download the recorded video files from the FTP server on a regular basis, and then convert them from . pes to the required . avi format.
